es braucht leider noch einen dritten Versuch. Du hast sicher vergessen, dass schon mindestens eine Einheit der relevanten Nation in dem Feld sein muss, in welches eine weitere hinzugefügt werden soll.
So hast Du in Smolensk gleich gegen zwei Regeln verstoßen: Es war noch kein Russe dort, und Du willst direkt heimlich still und leise zwei Inf dort hinstellen.
Bryansk ist menschenleer, weshalb Du auch dort niemanden aufstellen darfst.
