Repatriate Condor Transport? (SCW Expansion)

And yes, Army of Africa were used as shocktroops. 3/3 vs 2/4 is still similar total value of stats but for a smaller unit size. The air transport can not be sunk. And lend lease an airborne with the Axis and Republicans need to take care of not being surrounded by leaving too many spaces empty. I would appreciate playtesting results. Designers can miss things in initial game testing. I am only human after all, don’t put the blame on me 😉

Considering :

1- That the Diplomacy Chart has different starting positions for all Major Powers, both Axis (Germany, Japan, Italy) and Allies (USA, UK, France), and the USSR.

2- That rule 2.3 of the Expansion states :

" If the player’s roll is successful, the player moves his roundel one position and moves one roundel from any other Major Power from another Alliance down one."

It seems pretty clear that each Major Power is completely independent and that there may be multiple members of an alliance attempting to influence the same country at one time.

So only the nations matter.

Giant problem as East meets West (Japan and Germany) in the middle of Russia. If you combine this expansion with EvW, the two Axis would declare war on each other.

Sorry I may have misunderstood your question. Not real familiar with the Global war game. Seems way cool though : )

Global War recently released Zombie and Atlantis expansions, has anyone tried either of those? They look like they would be lots of fun and a good way to spice up an otherwise traditional wargame scenario.

From the recent newsletter, it seems HBG are working on a “1946 Expansion with overlay”:
They expect it to be released this fall.
