If we were playing face to face I’d be tempted to leave them in. If the combat sequence were followed properly (which the Triple A engine doesn’t do), there’s a solid chance I could damage one of your subs, avoid being hit, and submerge after the first round.
But in the interest of gameplay, go ahead and submerge them. At least they’ll live to fight another day!

@freh If I am correct by placing my USA BB with the Anzac Marine in sz 35, it will not trigger Kamikazee since the BB and marine are from different nation?
@sovietishcat I asked about this once - don’t remember what they said but I can look it up. I do remember this being a BM-specific issue since there are no marines in OOB.

basically, you’re right, the marine and allied capital ship is immune to the kamikaze.
Personally I am not a fan of this rule, but I get and I am fine being forced to live with it.
Also, seeing if the engine allows it isn’t a great way to test it… the engine is far from perfect wrt to the rules!
