@WindowWasher I contend that Russia received the Persia lend lease bonus when it should not have. I had a Japanese sub in sz 80 and it still gave you 2 IPC for the bonus. I edited Russian income to 30. Let me know if you disagree.
@majikforce I thought the same thing, but in the bonus it says enemy warships and japan and russia arent at war
