Well damnit. I thought I could put a major Complex in Manchuria. I was all excited about it. My whole turn was based on it. Something new and interesting. It would appear that I can not. Because I’m a dumbass.
No way I’m putting it in Korea.
How about I just refund myself my 18 IPC’s, build a lame minor one in Manchuria and use the refund next turn? Cool?
