The factory is destroyed as the territory becomes Chinese no matter what Allied Power captured it.

If a Japanese industrial complex is built on a Chinese territory and that territory is later recaptured by the Chinese or liberated by another Allied power, the industrial complex is removed from the game.

@aequitas-et-veritas @ssgen I should have flagged all of the old crew as well. Mobility means less on the smaller maps (AA50 even). Carrier manipulation is THE hallmark of G42/tournament play and all G40 variants. In my current game (G42/7 turns/221) against the relentless and indomitable MAPHEAD dave I have 5 Japanese carriers just to port all my planes around.

That is right, Bulwfi. Any IC On a Chinese territory is removed, when the territory is captured.

Wow I really like this idea.  My only concern would be that early on the US would probably be under time limit a lot (depending on when they are brought in to the war) Would that extra income swing things too much one way?  I don’t know but it sounds like a cool idea to explore.  I think we are gonna go straight time limits to start with and get feedback from everybody and then maybe experiment with the par idea.  Thanks for the ideas!

Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, you could set up tables that give different pars for different countries at different stages of the game.  In competition chess, I believe, players must make x number of moves per hour during the initial stages of the game, but are then given more time per move past a certain point.  The principle would be similar here, reflecting such factors as the wartime vs. peacetime status of some powers, the more marginal role in the game of some countries (like France and China), and Britain’s split global economy.

Lesson: bring a DD along when there are Subs around and you are serious about landing!

This is a good idea, especially if you want a speedy game, or cooperative efforts.

In terms of turn order, you just keep per the standard with your adjustment.  IE  Germany, Japan, Italy.  Russia, Uk, Anzac, USA, China France  this sets in stone attack orders ncm’s etc.

You can only take control of an ally’s territory if it has already been captured by an enemy
