Since this will probably continue to make me paranoid, can you affirm that, unless you notify me otherwise in this thread, that no ANZAC planes are aboard any US carriers?
@wheatbeer I’ll try to remember that, but yes, the history shows that the ANZAC planes moved with their own carrier to SZ54 during ANZAC round 8
If your intent was to land ANZAC planes on US carriers, what would I see in the history then?
Would moving ANZAC fighters during NCM into a SZ that contains US carriers with spare landing spots but no ANZAC carrier guarantee they land on US carriers even if you subsequently NCM ANZAC carriers to the same SZ during the same turn’s NCM?
I don’t know how tripleA decides this … I am used to players announcing it becase they fear tripleA won’t handle it the way they intended.
@wheatbeer I guess the history doesn’t make it clear. My intent was to keep them on the ANZAC carrier, and I am pretty sure the program defaults to that anyway unless there is no ANZAC carrier, in which case it puts them with the American carrier.
I can runs some tests I guess, if you wish to follow tripleA’s defaults.
@owentoo Earlier in the game they were indeed on the American CV, and then when the ANZAC CV was built and joined the fleet, the ANZAC fighters seemed to be with the ANZAC CV.
I did intentionally try to get them with the ANZAC CV, but I may have put them on the Caroline Islands for a turn to separate them from the Americans
@owentoo I did some testing and I couldn’t find a way to get non-US planes to land on a US carrier if they have the a carrier of their own with sufficient space in the same SZ at the end of NCM (at least with the version of tripleA I’m using, 2.5.22294).
