Napoleon 18 with a 10 bid.

Happy whatever. Put me down to be on the winning side!!! :baby:
-
@private-panic aren’t you always, my dearest Monty!
-
@witt Only able to do so well with your help.
-
I would be in for another. Also by the way hope you all enjoyed my presence.
I mean except that Britonian @Private-Panic Guy who nastily showed me a stinky finger, wich is telling me that we didn’t cut his finger away like we did to the other Archers we had when we held him in prison  :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: -
Well - I certainly did enjoy your presence @aequitas-et-veritas - when clearing the Baltic of your sorry excuse for a navy. I look forward to deploying the nasty finger again in the next game!
-
Can we add planes and tanks? to spice things up? :-)
-
Can someone decide how we will start this ? I am fine with Colt amd Degrasse’s idea, if the others are .
Please suggest how we start it. -
@elrood is the clandestine love affair between Adam amd Kevin not enough for you?
-
I’m down for another too

I am ready for the next game. As far as bidding, the alternative to a fixed bid would be to first divide the 8 players into two teams, each team would need to get together and agree on a bid for the side of France, Spain, Turkey, and Sweden. Lower bid of the two gets France and partners.
So this is what we are doing? What is the best way of coming up with the 2 teams then? Roll the dice and 4 highest play the 4 lowest?
-
@private-panic sounds good to me
-
that works
-
Can we deduce yes how the game is lopsided. Currently I see a lot of issues stemming from lucky dice, questionable strategic decision or missing communication / agreement of allies.
I am only a few games in, but I see so many moving parts, especially given the eight player setup that I find it really challenging to melt it all down to a mere bid…
-
hard to pin down, like you’ve said. Generally, France is too hampered by british landings to bring what it needs to vs central europe. Spain takes too long to kick UK from the Channel.
I think the last time France’s side won was when it focused on a long-drawn economy game. -
Okay then. Who knows how to roll the dice and get us started here?
