@tanios No! You were correct. Just read the rules under Declaration of War. Apparently it is allowed the turn you declare war. I was under the impression I could block you like that, but I was wrong.
Oh, phew, I thought I violated rules. Sorry that happened to you. Sucks whenever you have a misplay because of an incorrect rules understanding.
