Ok. New mod posted. If you haven’t yet, read the Notes.
Major differences:
Aircraft carriers scramble to defend adjacent SZs, if allied warship present. They also scramble to defend against amphibious assaults in adjacent SZs, if allied defender is present.
Airbases allow scramble to defend nearby land as well as water, but still only 3 units total maybe scrambled regardless of number of fighters or number of territories attacked.
Costs of some units is different from BM3
Can only build capital ships (BB and CVs) at locations that have both factory and harbor.
Russia is much bigger and harder to take down…they can stand on their own for much longer
China is bigger too, but not much of a factor…
The first time any Russian minor factory is taken, it is destroyed by the defenders (scorched earth tactic). Once rebuilt, it will last for the rest of the game.
Russia does not gain twice PUs for lend-lease objective, if Japan attacks. -

Small problem. I forgot to move my land forces in Holland Belgium to attack France. I want to do that. I don’t think it will affect your scramble moves.
