On the Chinese-7 turn, neither non-Axis-occupied, non-coastal territory (Hunan and Szechwan) were occupied. Hunan spawned a Chinese infantry at the beginning of the CM but Szechwan did not. Is this program bug or is there is hidden rule that exempts Szechwan?I don’t know I will ask Adam?

on second thought maybe we should…this version isn’t working so well, in local mode all the territory values just disappeared on me. I’ll upgrade some time today.
