@mainah that was a solid round for the japanese…no holes for me to exploit and with your fleet staying consolidated at Phil the allied fleet is forced to hide in harbour in queensland.
You did fall foul of the chinese guerilla rule in BM 3 though! If you want to move one of the arts from hopei in there feel free…you will have to edit the chinese inf away and subtract 1 from the chinese ipc total thoughI assumed no scramble in 95 and as i did enough hits to kill your scramble force it was probably just as well! If you do want to roll though we can do it through thee forum.
Ive come across an issue with submarines in this game though…the stealth element has been removed (not by design I think). I have raised a query but my sub in 95 had no first strike and my sub in 97 was forced into combat. This would be why you were able to attack it last round without the submerge option. Ive edited it back and as I only had 1 hit at 2 out of 5 rolls in 95 I have assumed the first strike missed!
We will have to enforce the dd required to attack a sub option ourselves but trying to keep the first strike element will be a headache…will have to see how it goes.

Ok about the subs. That is a pain.Correcto mundo on the scramble. The planes will die - i have no doubt about that- but not for an “over overkill” in sz 95.
Thank you about the japan move. Took 2 days of pondering and testing. And the guerrila rule was anticipated - hence the 2 inf in jehol. I needed to beef up the japanese front line, and prep for the next round of attack. Probably cost me an inf, but was on purpose. Lets see if that works out…

I could possibly have held on in bryansk 1 more turn…but you had a potential 50/50 on moscow if the can open with italy went well, and a 50/50 ish in bry if you went allout attack…unlikely but not worth the risk. So a fall back and reinforce seemed the best option…still got a fair amount of cash with the russians…potential 6 armour build next turn!! :smile:
