Pretty sure the rules don’t allow you to place a new Factory in Persia, the same turn you capture it. We can ask for an official ruling, if you doubt that, or you can edit your purchase and/or placement.

In theory it is not a capture … it was not an enemy territory. I think I did it in other games maybe let’s check …

@Avner this is why I went further, and attached mean rulebook. It does not use the term capture, and takes the ambiguity out of it. You can only play a facility in a territory that you have controlled since the beginning of your turn.

Did you read the comments, in response to our question, in the forum I linked above? Nothing official, yet, so we can keep waiting to see if anyone official responds, but both commenters, so far, agreed with me, that it is an illegal move.
