Sir, I changed my mind about the Chinese NCM and placement. I would like to reassure you that this was unrelated to any dice events, I simply rushed it out too much. But you have the right to move them back. It makes no huge difference anyway I guess.
And I rearranged the subs in the Atlantic.
Sorry for these edits but it keeps me in the flow to not spend ages on each NCM before proceeding and I would like to promise honesty about never making any of these decisions based on dice.
