@axis-dominion Yeah it’s not on an individual carrier basis, you can scramble up to as many planes as the number of carriers per round regardless of where the planes actually are.

Scrambling is everywhere, including land, for carriers and airbases. Only thing you can’t scramble to is an empty land battle.
