well, the hawaiian one was a big one , and some compensation for that earlier loss
but this one was particularly shitty for japs (only last round good)

I’m pretty sure you can actually. Apart from their special amphibious abilities they are equivalent to inf.
unless it changed since there is a clarification that they can in the BM rule thread from June 25, 2016
I see that, but thats not an official Mod Squad member response - maybe that resulted just from tripleA allowing it? Doesnt make any sense to me and if thats true I think they should put that in the main part of the rules since there is no way that would be obvious except from tripleA allowing it and that one post.
@ksmckay @Adam514 or @regularkid can probably confirm one way or the other. But I’m pretty sure that is the case and certainly how I’ve played it so far. I think I had asked about that too when I started playing, but it was easier to find the post in the rules thread.
@farmboy makes then a tad more useful for 5 ipcs. I think they should do a better job advertising that, if that’s the case.
Marines can be loaded onto transports the same way infantry can. . . that is, two to a ship. We can make it explicit in the next iteration of BM.
