Its more of what I didnt do, this was the safest option for the long/short run
I think the game is not letting me make an valid attack. My 10 subs in Philippines can attack the CV group in Malaya by going SZ 44-42-37. It shouldn’t matter there is combat occurring with the CA in 42, the subs should be able to ignore.

I hadn’t had that asked before. I will probably hit both since it would be wasteful to bomb the factory 2x. But if you max scramble I’d hit just the factory since one would likely get through.
