Thing is, oysteilo went from M to 1. The ranking is adjusted accordingly. Same when you went from M to E. So the points you get from each opponent is not fixed, but is a flowing entity depending on their present tier.

I looked into the situation in Celebes. Unfortunately I can’t allow that change, since it’s very much impacted by the result in z36. Lets say you had the same luck as in z91. Then Japan would be in position to wipe out both z44 and z42. After rolling 6/7 in z36, it’s safe to say that such a possibility was out of question. So the change can’t be made after rolling of the attacking dice.
I really tried to reason with myself to make that change happen, because I like to be lenient, but this is my honest and, I believe, fair interpretation.
