the thing is it does not have anything with the dice
i was going to stack in philli,
and then i saw that ur malaya navy can reach it even without harbour
so i am not going to stack there
and the dices in sz 36 go in favour of my stacking plan , not against it, but i missed the malaya guys can reach phili sz

It’s a messy situation now, so I don’t follow clearly. Trying to think about my causalties, but I think it affects quite a lot (without knowing). You can’t make a change like that after rolling. I think. I might change my mind after the battles when I hopefully see things more clearly, but for now it’s a no.
