@mikawagunichi Sounds good. What does DM mean? Are you doing the G42 tournaments? If so, which strategies have you used in the past if you have done G42 in the past before. I’m thinking about using a variant of the Middle Earth Strategy that works for G42. I’m just worried it won’t work for a 5-7 round game.

No, the NO says “not at war with US” and “have not annected FIC”. Being at war with France doesn’t matter. Even when FIC become pro-axis, the NO is out of effect if J takes FIC during NCM.
