Only had a sb though. So it changes the values to -4 and total worth of 9, but a higher risk of failing. Would still go for it.

And I ve calculated that i gain more by stacking Yunnan, then with USA going to war at the start of USA 3. I would not gain much with that, especially in the Pacific.
