That’s actually correct. It’s what happens in Pac when UK is down. UK-EU can never collect from UK-Pac territories. Other Allied nations do however take over the original UK-Pac territories and collect from them.
Of course, the issue is not original UK-Pac territories, but rather territories in Pac that become british.
