Yes, an uncontested sub prevents loading and unloading during CM. Doesn’t need to be attacked, but the tr needs a war ship with attack value as companion (ac won’t work).
I think that what the client does is assign the total value, but saying it’s rolled. So I rolled 2+2 for the SBR.

Without that tac, I would’ve scrambled. So you can either pick that tac up with an ac or redo the battle with the russian sub and full scramble.
