I’m just finishing up Russia’s turn. I haven’t declared war on Japan, since I considered Korea US territory. Couldn’t move the stack into Korea though. Read in on the notes, and in BM3 Russia needs to be at war with Japan before entering Korea.

Probably the safest option.
You’ve got enough USN that I can’t run 2 Japanese fleets against them. Is that why you took Java, putting my fleet out of position to retake Korea? Seems I’ve allowed a couple of allied footholds this game. If I can’t dislodge Norway, I’ll be upset.
