I don’t know if I would have had UK_Pac retake Sumatra for no income when USA could have done it at the cost of thinning the attack on New Guinea. Loss of USA momentum from suiciding a transport was the reason? The theory being I still have to retake Sumatra?

Official rules say that if there’s only units with no combat value left in a territory (AA guns), the attacker is forced to take the territory. I’m not a fan of that rule. If you want we can play without it in this game, and in that case I’ll keep the fighter alive.

I think I didn’t remove the AA Gun from the calculator. Without that there was an 11% chance of winning in 1 round. Thought it was 3%.
