Those turns showed again why I shouldn’t gamble by attacking just with air. Even though the losses weren’t dramatic, still annoying :D
It’s generally economic to just use air against des. If it’s good depends much on how valuable the air is at that moment. Leaving a sub to be slaughtered should be slightly worse economically, added with subs usually being slower than air to get into play.
But, yes, sometimes it fizzles, and it’s very annoying.

The reason is simple. TripleA runs the chinese defence, but it’s a mech, which is a unit that is not allowed for China, hence it is considered to be of a value of 0.
I believe in older versions this did not matter. Which version is this game based on?
In the end, I assumed this was the reason, but it is still wrong and a tiny bug.
