I’d like to ask if it’s ok to shift 1 inf from N to S Italy before executing Germany?
It’s very late, so I feel I need to try to sleep instead. Won’t be any quality in my moves now. Just strange and stupid things happening.

you had some inf in yugo, you could put one from there into N.ITA or if you want to load one on a trnny, just leave it in yugo. either would be fine.
