China will be finished next turn, unless Russia unwisely intervenes and makes an unprovoked DOW. I learned that the hard way when I started playing BM instead of G40. Regarding Russia protecting Leningrad with sizable army, A&A doesn’t lend itself to duplicating historical accuracy. A&A makes it unlikely that Russia can defend it because of the massive Luftwaffe. When in the actual history, the city held out for a 3 1/2 year siege and never surrendered, due to massive commitment of ground troops and determination.

But you are hard to keep down, like a jack in the box. The U.S. will have 5 transports and a beefed up fleet in sz91 next turn. The Italians picked up some nice real estate in Russia, but I would have preferred to have taken Libya. The 8, now 7 man army in Tun doesn’t look so big now with the U.S. and UK building up. I considered convoying an AA gun, but I’d better build up the homeland instead.
