Um. I just noticed, but how do you have 3 US bombers in Russia? They shouldn’t be able to land there until Russia declares war on Japan.
Not sure what is really fair, but suggest you reposition them to Hawaii, queensland, or E/W US. You can add 3 IPCs to Russia for their Turn 3 loss of objective.
