Perhaps you missed CVs which could catch planes? The one in SZ39 could catch ones from SZ6/Japan/Kiangsu with one movement left. I used every CV space there.

That was probably it. I am sorry I didn’t give you a better challenge. Hopefully I can when we switch sides. I’ll look at this on Monday morning and see if anything is salvageable with this game.

Taking Korea with USA was a great move but you didn’t capitalise. Also, you could have used an inf+art to attack it. Iwo Jima just isn’t as important.
Giallo has some interesting anti-Japan strategies if you’re interested.

Sure, do you have a sample game with Giallo? Or just some observations? The reason I didn’t go full in to Korea, is I didn’t believe I could hold it, at least not for more than 1 turn.
