Although I would never “discount” an allied bomber strategy (I like it!)  I would be wary…

Any of these “just build ALL this” strategies, are always susceptible to counter.

I would opt to do something like  “Build atleast 2 bombers a turn + whatever else”  trend.  That should give you a bit of everything you need.  OR build bombers for the European campaign/Ships for the pacific, or whatever else works.

In Global, I have problems remembering with Anzac and US ground forces, and J ground forces in Manchuria.

Revised, old Pacific and the old World i do not remember.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the setup boxes that come with the game(the ones that store units and have setup charts on the lid)?

The “Global” rules are in the back of the Europe rule book if that was the question.

My scanner may still work.  If I scan the last few pages and upload them to flickr think I would get sued?

All that is needed to destroy the RN is the Luftwaffe for one turn when they do not have that much else to do. The Germans losses are limited to a few subs and a plane or two. It is a bit extreme but i understand why it might be needed for balance.
