Pacific and Europe, bought in early 2.000 and 1940 second edition, both PAcific and Europe.

Hello everyone! My name is Jamie Cyr. I’ve been playing Axis and Allies since the late 1990s and LOVE everything about the franchise.

With the help of a close personal friend of mine, a U.S. Army veteran, I’ve created and submitted for approval in these forums a World War 3 version based on the works of Mr. Larry Harris and Renegade gaming studios. I hope that the player base and the creators enjoy this idea as much as my friend and I have enjoyed developing and play testing it.

I’m in my twenties and I live in Switzerland. 3-4 years ago I started to play the 1942 board game with my friends - fun fact: we didn’t read the rules correctly, so we thought in each turn, only one round of a battle can be played - the result was that the first game took us >24h (3 days in a row) and ended tied.

More full-day playing events took place including breakfast/lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately, we didn’t play in the past 2 years. Now some weeks ago I started to play the online version and I’m enjoying it a lot.

I’m from Alberta, Canada and like to play G40 with my friends. I also have North Africa but haven’t played it as much as I’d like as we have played G40 when getting together.

One house rule we have tried in G40 is the Soviet’s getting six extra infantry at the start of the game, which are then purged in R3 if Germany has not attacked. Although the timing of the purge is not historically accurate, it makes the Axis think twice about attacking the Soviets early.

After lurking on the forums for some time, I decided to make an account and join!

Hello All

My name is Wolz 44, from Alberta, Canada. Just getting back into playing Axis and Allies. Loved the game back in my younger days lol. Now after coming across some of these site, I am really liking the customization ideas. So i went down the rabbit hole to see all what you can do with it lol. Went out and picked up a bunch of paints, ordered some new pieces and decals and other materials to give this all a go. Made my first flight stand using 2 different sizes of Acrylic rods. Also hoping to get some advice that i might have later on.

My name is Neven, born in 1985, and I’m from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I’m a big fan of strategy games. As a child, I had the chance to encounter Axis & Allies for the first time. Unfortunately, back then I didn’t really understand the rules, but I still vividly remember the fantastic map and the miniatures, they left a strong impression on me and stayed in my memory all these years.

Now, in my 40s, I recently rediscovered the game and felt that same excitement again. I’m a complete beginner in terms of actual gameplay, but I understand the basic rules and I’m very eager to learn more.

I would love to join the community, improve my skills, and take part in online games. I’m here to learn, have fun, and enjoy the strategic depth of Axis & Allies with other players.

TripleA looks fantastic. I’ll wait for the weekend when I’ll have more free time, and then I’ll try to find a brave volunteer on the forum for an experimental game and my very first one.

The maps I’m most familiar with are Axis & Allies Pacific and Axis & Allies Europe 1940. I’m hoping there will be some players willing to spend a few of their hours helping a beginner like me get started :)
