Squircle or circle for categories and avatars?

Somebody mentioned that they don’t like the circles. I thought I’d experiment with squircles (rounded squares).
After trying it, it’s not bad. I kinda like it but I could go either way. Feedback please and thank you.

@djensen Not having a strong opinion pro or contra either solution, it looks like the squircles might offer a bit more space for the avatar and don’t cut off that much from the source image as a circle does. So indeed, not bad!

I like the rounded corner squares better than the circles, personally.

the little red thingy with the “1” Is that what you were talking about ? Used to be round I think ?

:+1: There is some square stuff now but not the avatars and categories. Oh, that reminds me, I need to make the alert number icon a new color.
