@wizmark I was going to attack Bry with 2 inf & an art plus 5 planes, but decided to save an art & use 3 inf; since I should make 3 1/2 hits on first round. I rolled 1-8. Your 2 survivors both hit on next round, so I took a plane to take Bry rather than leave it empty. I checked the dice and if I had used the art, I would have made 2 hits on round 1. Then you would have only had 1 unit left on round 2, and I would have saved a plane.

@FMErwinRommel 94 and a strong presence in volgograd. Not far off, although I suspect I’m not going to like the next few rounds! Your Italian strategy has been very effective…thought I would have taken egypt back by now and be reinforcing russia so not looking good in Europe.
Japan mainly contained, 1 more hit in iwo jima after poor first round rolling for japan would have been nice though! -
In case you didn’t notice, Japan had 2 tt’s, not just 1. Keeping those bombers in Japan came in handy.

Don’t know what your intention was for U.S. bomber fleet, but it has many choices from India. Despite it’s size, it still isn’t strong enough even with your fleet, to sink the IJN in Phil Sea. Then again, just bottling up the IJN could be a goal.
