    I think you are playing a little loose with the rules. You can’t send two US aircraft against Japan. The tac fighter cannot land. If you want to re-do the US attack, ok. But only the bomber can go.

    For this battle, no scramble.


  • @surfer The tac bomber was able to go, reason being the carrier that was on the west coast of the US COULD have noncombat moved to the SZ adjacent to the Japanese one, however there was no need because the tac bomber died. This was a legal move.

  • Yeah it was a bit of a dirty play, but I saw that unguarded carrier and had to take the chance to kill a capital ship. I even went for it with only a bomber because I missed both hits on the first round and the bomber alone killed it.
