AAZ - Review and Thoughts (Work In Progress) [House Rules]

@Krieghund Thanks again for all your fast replies. And seems I am getting most issues right.
Having said that: being VERY far removed from your level of (tacit) knowledge of all things A&A among some of the guys (sorry no ladies unfortunately) that I play with I am known as ‘the guy that is looking for rules issues and strange/improbably combinations of rules…’ - and in this case: cards :)

I like the setup information for Axis and Allies Global Second Edition 1939 and was wondering if there is a setup for the global game for 1936 which include the Italian - Ethiopian conflict, or if there is global setup starting in 1937 which would primarily include China and Japan?

Thank you for your interest. I’ve finished the 1914 map, but haven’t had much time to work on the AAZ map. I’ve managed to retouch about 20% of the folds I guess, but don’t know when I have more time at hand to finish the work.

Thanks for reply, so it sounds like most of us agree that the rule is written poorly and that there is a logical “AA” way to interpret it, thanks!

Would have made an interesting strategy: conducting strategic bombinb to facilitate a Z-take over…

Striker, thanks for reply. I thought about analogy between submerged submarines and Zs too. Seems the analogy is not 100 % though indeed.

@thrasher1 Maybe it is time for me to thank some people. The people who came before me… All the guys (and maybe girls) at game magazines who published Axis and Allies (and Fortress America and Shogun related stuff). I never got one of these magazines myself however.
