@Wittmann I think tech rolls are generally broken. Either you spend a bunch of money to get Rockets or maybe nothing for many turns or you get lucky and get the exact two techs you wanted. :wink:

Absolutely. I went after Russia with Japan. Won’t do taht again, if VC are the deciding factor. Was going to build in FIC, not Manchuria. Thought I needed to hit Russia from the rear , to facilitate a victory on land. I knew I would be defending France from an invasion from G2.
