Just delete everything inactive for more than 6 months. That is super quick. If you want to spend many hours you can save the last file of every single game and put the “title, date, and players”  and post an entire thread with just the last file and the result of who was who and who won.

If that does not clear enough space. Have mods delete games that are completed and recorded. That is it.

I win 3/4th of my games and I will never look at them again. There is no point to them.

If Europe/Pacific/Global1940 second edition games really are “only” reprints with Alpha3 rules - then I think there is no need for new subforums for these editions. Because everything that covers the development of the rules up to their current status is already inside.

If they turn out to be different games (such as Spring 1942 and 1942 se) seperate forum sections of course would be good.

I agree, plus I only play Global and prefer it’s own forum, also, it’s a completly different game than E&P 1940, and the most complex edition in the A&A franchise.

Clearly, if that was possible, he would do that.

In your case Magister, it most likely is a combination of factors.

Your ping time is slow (on a speed test, I typically ping at 31-34 ms) and your bottom-end download speed is also slow.

Combine that with a slow response server (A&A.org), and you are going to get some very poor results.

If you are on Cable, then you need to do some work on your system.  Perhaps too much running in the background, or perhaps you are in need of having a “system tweek”
