    OK, I used a different computer to post the French turn. I tried to use edit mode to reduce damage on the Japan IC (the original die roll was 4 for a 6 damage), but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. Perhaps you can just increase your IPCs by 1 and lower the damage by one more than you would have needed to.

    So, it is now Germany’s turn.
