    Result posted. I should have posted a bunch of infantry or mechs in Berlin then. Not sure if it would have made a difference. Germany was under such intense pressure that it probably wouldn’t have mattered.

    That recapture of France was more game changing than I expected. I just assumed I would get on Bryansk G6 but I didn’t. Ouch! I’ll have to keep that in mind for when the situation repeats. Probably should have risked air against the AA gun.

    I was really frustrated with the guerilla fighters this game. It wasn’t worth attacking into mainland China.

    yah that was a sneaky dirty move I pulled, totally taking advantage of the bm rules, since losing france a second time didn’t have any negative consequences. just goes to show, one must be careful not to get too relaxed about or take for granted things like that.

    Yeah but I should have defended France better. Even one mech and a couple of planes and you would have been unlikely to attack.

    That’s the sort of thing I’ve done in the past I’m sure. Sometimes you need to get off the script. You’re already off my script if you fail to take Normandy.

    I would hate to see that part of BM changed is what I’m saying. If anything it should go further and make it PUs are destroyed every time a capital is taken. Isn’t destroying enemy PUs (including future PUs) enough incentive?

    Thanks for the game.

    Just checked the odds, and even if the lone tank retreats, there’s only about a 5% chance of not killing the infantry in that battle for Normandy. Some may say that’s too much. Hmm.
