All 3 Rus postings seem to have the same action log. Rus is feeling confident enough to go on the offense vs Japan and to build art for offense in the west. Japan is weak in the middle of China. Perhaps you were hoping to draw off some forces from the move into Burma, or just opportunistic in aiding China before I can eliminate them and move into Rus. Smart move, doesn’t cost you much. The Siberian army is easy for Japan to defend against, but not to attack. I didn’t rush to take Siberia in the first place, because it wasn’t worth much and I could be pushed out. I don’t have the forces to fight the Rus and Mongols, in addition to the Chinese and Indians.
