i dont understand what is going on. I have not decleared war with Japan and I dont think you have declered war on japan either. I am able to attack the british and anzac without declearing war and still collect the 10 NO for peace with USA

i dont understand what is going on. I have not decleared war with Japan and I dont think you have declered war on japan either. I am able to attack the british and anzac without declearing war and still collect the 10 NO for peace with USA

Yes, it’s legal for Japan to collect 10 IPCs for the NO. However, the US can then declare war at the start of it’s turn against all Axis countries.
But triplea was not permitting the US to do that. But it is legal, so I made edits to reflect my turn.
