  • I believe it will say I won with the allies
    projection of power 13 cities
    but we can still go on if you wish.

    Might have to do future games set to 15 cities as honorable surrender
    because total victory might be too long but I think projection of power goes to quick and seems like allies can win it without too much difficulty.

  • these are set to revision tourney rules which is honorable surrender so should be at 15 cities already
