I have done my move based on what you posted. Can you roll with that? I have already done Italy’s turn.
I would really prefer that you do your NCM before your builds, and post your move only when you are satisfied with it. Maybe it is just me, but I believe that edits after the fact should be exceptions, rather than routine.
That is fine.
I tend to second guess a lot my own moves and I’ve tended to play that changes are fine as long as they come before your opponents turn but can make a practice of playing more carefully here or suffering the consequences.

Thanks. I still feel that I have a lot to figure out with the game but have had a good run with it. I thought you came close to winning the last one without a bid and I’m pretty sure Axis does have an advantage. So now that are situations are reversed, I’m depending on the dice gods.
