I think your interpretation of the New Guinea thing is probably mistaken–I think the Triplea bug is that Dutch New Guinea isn’t changing over to American control after USA seizes it in ncm. If you edit control of Dutch New Guinea to American control, then if you click on the Objectives tab it will show Anzac getting the NO.
But if there’s a specific Gamerman ruling saying the opposite I have no objection seeing as I’m the one that benefits.
