Regarding the Chinese territories controlled by Japan at the start of the game, I place Japan control markers on those territories when I set the board up. It’s a big help for me when one of those is liberated and the Japan marker removed as, later on, I quickly know who controls it at a glance. If Japan re-captures it, I place the marker back.
Political question regarding Japanese and US relations
-
So my friend is playing Allies and declared war on Jap rnd 2.
I’m thinking I am now at war with UK Pac and ANZAC but not US. And furthermore that US still can’t declare war on me until end of US3. I Attack Dutch Islands, Borneo, Malaya and Shan state on J3.
Can the US attack me US3 or am I Right?

You are right Bass, assuming your friend playing Allies declared war on Japan with UK and/or Anzac.
In that scenario Japan is provoked and the US won’t enter the war until the end of US3. Unless Japan declares war on US before then.
-
And to make it 100% clear for you, the U.S. can declare war at the end of turn 3, so they can’t attack you until U.S. 4, but they collect their war money at end of U.S. 3.

Thanks guys. 😊
