I agree.
The only upside is, that your Japanese fleet is in a really good position. You lack transports to do anything meaningful, though.
My Beachhead in France isn’t very strong. But since I have another beachhead in Greece and you’d also need to take Norway, your troops are super stretched. I don’t think there is a way for you to win.

I’ve posted the result.
For me it was more that the allies were extending the income gap and Italy was about to have all its income convoyed off. And Russia was pretty strong.
Made some significant mistakes this game like taking Normandy with the Italian tank I1 rather than moving it to Romania.
