In theory, it looks good, but the long term implications of all the strict neutrals turning pro-Axis is devastating to the Allies.

I would like to finish this up, so that we can start our next game. This has been dragging on for awhile, in my opinion. We started this game in June :-o

I’ve had some success with the Spanish invasion; I don’t normally do it though. In this case, it was more of the fact that I felt I would lose Russia if I didn’t, which would have ended the game much earlier. But Japan was too strong to let me focus enough resources in Spain. If I hold Spain, I don’t have to worry about most of the neutrals and I was fine with the UK focusing in the Middle East given the lack of a German navy. But Germany just had too many resources by then.
I probably needed to be more aggressive with the US and Russian combined invasion while I was still in Spain.
Yeah, it’s been a long game. Combination of the 15 turns and me being slower than normal.
I’m comfortable conceding this one at this point though - the Allies are getting drastically out produced and I am going to lose either Moscow or the Middle East in the next 3 turns pretty much no matter what I do.
Your super-blitz to start the game was interesting - it’s actually the most aggressive opening I’ve played against to date.
I can set up a new game thread and do my G1 moves in that, probably tomorrow night.

What are you referring to that you call a super-blitz? Is it Germany going for an early surround of Moscow? Or something else?

More just the seemingly one-dimensional view of your armies as of the beginning of turn 4. 90+% of Germany units were in Germany / E. Poland / Poland, no presence in the Med, Africa, France, or Atlantic. For Japan, no early attempt at protecting the Carolines, much of the navy pressed down to Sumatra even though India was well fortified.
It was just a heavier concentration of units/resources towards these specific fronts than I’ve seen before, with other flanks more open than most leave them.
Obviously it worked well though.
And I’ll place those artillery for you.
