hehe. I know it was just 4 defense but I have a history of the Russian baltic fleet literally ALWAYS whiffing. Usually when I slam then actively into the Germans. But at least my cruiser in 96 took a sub down, so I got 1 hit out of 7 defense = fair.

Reasonable. Dice haven’t been too deciding so far in this game. It’s balancing right in between, perhaps unevenly distributed for each player in each main scenario (Europe vs Pacific).
