I knew that the Brit bomber would sink the Jpn tt, but that meant it wouldn’t be able to participate in retaking E. Persia from me. And the loss of the tt was offset by the higher losses that Brit took in retaking E. Persia. The Brit convoy blockers suffered 60% losses when attacking the new Italian DD. Italy is hard to keep down when only a skeleton crew of Brits has their finger in the dyke. Those Borneo defenders are tough. The island empire is still intact.
